Its time to be recognised. Nominations are officially open for the 2020 Mlwazet Bavundulule Awards. Nominations are invited from individuals and organizations.

- Nominees should be individuals who reside in SA.
- No individual or group may be nominated for more than one award
- Communication will be sent only to shortlisted candidates.
Nomination is open from 03 July 2020 and ends on 31 July 2020 at 11:59pm GMT.
All nominations received after this date will not be considered by the Nominations Committee.

- Nominations commences from 03 July to 31 July 2020
- On the 5th of August there will be a list of selected top voted candidates
-On the 10th of August 2020 the Actual Voting commences til 20th of November 2020
-Main event will be on the 28th of November
Mlwazet Awards Nomination, Judging and Varificatiom Criteria and Rules.
The public nomination process is a transparent and inclusive process. The Nominations and Voting Process is as follows:
Nominations are requested to be submitted by SMSing: MBA,Name/StageName & Category to 45633.
Then send nominee details as an SMS to 081 559 3735.
To Vote for an Individual/Group/Organisation you SMS the words "MBA, Individual/Group/Organisation to 45366. SMS costs R 1.50 each.
The panel of judges is constituted by Art and Entertainment Icons and Experts representing all ethnic backgrounds and their judgment is based on the following areas:
Judges score counts for 20% of the total judging score and public votes count for 80% (sms). Counting process begins 5 days before closing date and is monitored by independent auditors. The final judging is done on the last day of public voting.
Vibe Fm staff is not allowed to participate.
