We will dedicate 10 mins to focusing primarily on developing the tummy muscles and core strength. A range of exercises have been designed and tailored to assist people in loosing tummy fat and strengthening tummy muscles.
Stand straight with your feet parallel. Lift your left/right foot to your knee standing firmly on the supporting leg.. Repeat a few times and then lift the leg in front of you at a 90 degree angle, open the knee to the side and hold. Alternate the leg doing the same on the other side. Lift the leg from the knee outwards and inwards to the side, repeat this move to the back.
This exercise strengthens the abdominal muscles, the lower back, and the leg muscles. Use a wall or chair for support if need be for balance.
